Ingredients
For the Chia Pudding Base:
3 tbsp chia seeds π±
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice) π₯
1 tsp honey or maple syrup π― (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract πΌ
For the Layers & Toppings:
½ cup fresh raspberries π
½ cup blueberries π«
½ cup blackberries π€
1 kiwi, sliced π₯
2 tbsp granola with nuts and seeds π₯
Fresh mint leaves πΏ
Instructions
Prepare the Pudding Base:
In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds with almond milk, honey, and vanilla.
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until it thickens.
Layer the Parfait:
Place a spoonful of chia pudding at the bottom of your glass.
Add a layer of fresh raspberries (you can lightly mash them for a sauce effect).
Add more chia pudding on top.
Top It Off:
Decorate with sliced kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, and granola.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
