๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients

๐Ÿฅฌ 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

๐Ÿ… 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

๐Ÿฅ‘ 1 ripe avocado (diced)

๐Ÿฅš 2–3 boiled eggs (halved or quartered)

๐Ÿฅ– 1 cup croutons

๐Ÿง‚ Salt & pepper to taste

๐Ÿซ’ 2 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ‹ 1 tbsp lemon juice (or light dressing of choice)

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions

1️⃣ Prep veggies – Wash and chop lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ, halve cherry tomatoes ๐Ÿ…, dice avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘.

2️⃣ Boil eggs – Cook eggs to medium or hard-boiled ๐Ÿฅš, then slice.

3️⃣ Assemble salad – In a bowl, layer lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ, tomatoes ๐Ÿ…, avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘, and croutons ๐Ÿฅ–.

4️⃣ Top it off – Add eggs ๐Ÿฅš, drizzle with olive oil ๐Ÿซ’ + lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹, season with salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚.

5️⃣ Serve fresh – Toss gently and enjoy immediately!
