๐ Ingredients
๐ฅฌ 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
๐ 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
๐ฅ 1 ripe avocado (diced)
๐ฅ 2–3 boiled eggs (halved or quartered)
๐ฅ 1 cup croutons
๐ง Salt & pepper to taste
๐ซ 2 tbsp olive oil
๐ 1 tbsp lemon juice (or light dressing of choice)
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions
1️⃣ Prep veggies – Wash and chop lettuce ๐ฅฌ, halve cherry tomatoes ๐ , dice avocado ๐ฅ.
2️⃣ Boil eggs – Cook eggs to medium or hard-boiled ๐ฅ, then slice.
3️⃣ Assemble salad – In a bowl, layer lettuce ๐ฅฌ, tomatoes ๐ , avocado ๐ฅ, and croutons ๐ฅ.
4️⃣ Top it off – Add eggs ๐ฅ, drizzle with olive oil ๐ซ + lemon juice ๐, season with salt & pepper ๐ง.
5️⃣ Serve fresh – Toss gently and enjoy immediately!
