CLASSIC TIRAMISU
Ingredients
250g mascarpone cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
Ladyfinger biscuits
Iced coffee
Cocoa powder
Instructions
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Whisk the yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them in.
Dip the biscuits in the cold coffee.
Alternate layers of biscuits and cream in individual serving glasses.
Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 4 hours.
SPECULOOS TIRAMISU

Speculoos biscuits
Iced coffee
Cinnamon
Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
Add the mascarpone and mix until smooth. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them in.
Lightly dip the speculoos cookies in the cold coffee.
Alternate layers of cookies and cream in small glasses.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and chill for 4 hours.
