Vegetable Gratin with Cheese
Ingredients:
200g zucchini
150g carrots
2 eggs
200ml heavy cream
120g grated cheese
40g flour
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Wash the zucchini and carrots, then slice them thinly.
Sauté the vegetables in a pan for a few minutes until slightly softened.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the heavy cream.
Add the flour and mix until smooth.
Fold in the vegetables and grated cheese, then mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered baking dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
