Homemade Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
500ml heavy cream
60g caster sugar
2 sheets of gelatin
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g raspberry coulis
Instructions:
Soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract.
Heat gently, stirring constantly, without letting it boil.
Drain the gelatin, then add it to the warm cream.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Add the raspberry coulis on top before serving.
Serve chilled.
