Classic Madeleines
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and honey, then mix.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Divide the batter among greased madeleine molds.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the madeleines are golden brown.
Let cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
