 🍔 Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

• 4 brioche burger buns

• 4 slices American cheese

• 8 slices bacon

• 1 tomato, sliced

• ½ red onion, sliced

• 1 teaspoon Chef Bae Seasoning, to taste

• 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions

1. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Chef Bae Seasoning.

2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3. In the same skillet or on a griddle, cook burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

4. Add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute and let it melt.

5. Butter the buns lightly and toast them until golden brown.

6. Spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom buns.

7. Assemble the burger with patty, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

8. Close the burger and press lightly.

🍟 French Fries with Ketchup

Ingredients

• 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

• Oil for frying

• 1 teaspoon Chef Bae Seasoning, to taste

• ½ cup ketchup

Instructions

1. Rinse cut potatoes in cold water and pat dry thoroughly.

2. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or heavy pot.

3. Fry potatoes in batches for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and drain.

4. Increase oil temperature to 375°F and fry again for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

5. Remove fries, drain, and season with salt while hot.

6. Plate fries and drizzle or serve with ketchup on top
