HOMEMADE PANNA COTTAS
Basic Ingredients:
• 400 ml heavy cream
• Sugar as per recipe
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• Milk, coulis, chocolate, caramel, pistachio, or lemon depending on the version
Vanilla Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• 80 g sugar
• 1 vanilla bean
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• 50 ml milk
Raspberry Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• 100 g raspberry coulis
• 70 g sugar
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• A few fresh raspberries
Chocolate Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 60 g sugar
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• Chocolate shavings
Caramel Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• 3 tbsp. 1 tablespoon liquid caramel
• 60 g sugar
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• 50 ml milk
Pistachio Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons pistachio paste
• 70 g sugar
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• Crushed pistachios
Lemon Panna Cotta
• 400 ml heavy cream
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 70 g sugar
• 3 sheets of gelatin
Preparation:
Soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.
Heat the heavy cream and sugar over low heat.
Add the main ingredient according to the chosen version: vanilla, raspberry coulis, dark chocolate, caramel, pistachio paste, or lemon.
Mix until smooth.
Remove from heat, add the drained gelatin, and mix well.
Pour into small glasses.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Decorate with the toppings indicated before serving.
