1. Classic Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Sugar – 1 tbsp (12 g)
* Melted butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
2. Add flour, sugar, salt, and mix until smooth.
3. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
5. Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl evenly.
6. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
🍫 2. Chocolate Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp (15 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Sugar – 2 tbsp (25 g)
* Melted butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
Instructions:
1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
2. Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
3. Mix until smooth, then add butter and vanilla.
4. Heat a pan and pour thin batter.
5. Cook both sides until done.
6. Serve with chocolate syrup or cream.
🥬 3. Spinach Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Fresh spinach (blended) – 1 cup (30 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Olive oil – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
Instructions:
1. Blend spinach with milk until smooth.
2. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix well and add olive oil.
4. Cook thin crepes on a greased pan.
5. Flip when edges lift, cook both sides.
🍌 4. Banana Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Sugar – 2 tbsp (25 g)
* Melted butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
* Ripe banana – 1 (sliced)
Instructions:
1. Prepare crepe batter (same as classic).
2. Cook thin crepes on a pan.
3. Add sliced banana on top or inside.
4. Fold and serve with chocolate or honey.
🧀 5. Cheese Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Grated cheese – 1/2 cup (50 g)
* Melted butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
* Chopped herbs – 1 tbsp (5 g)
Instructions:
1. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Add butter and mix into smooth batter.
3. Cook a thin crepe in a pan.
4. Sprinkle cheese and herbs on top.
5. Fold and cook until cheese melts.
🍓 6. Strawberry Crepe
Ingredients:
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
* Milk – 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
* Eggs – 2 (large)
* Sugar – 2 tbsp (25 g)
* Melted butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
* Salt – 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
* Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
* Fresh strawberries – 1 cup (150 g)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the batter (same as classic crepe).
2. Cook thin crepes on a pan.
3. Fill with fresh strawberries.
4. Fold and top with cream or syrup.
