Easy Mediterranean Baked Fish 🐟🍋🫒
A fast, flavorful dinner with bright Mediterranean flavors — ready in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, sea bass, or tilapia)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, sliced
¼ cup olives, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
Place fish in a baking dish.
Scatter tomatoes, onion, olives, and garlic around the fish.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
