Easy Strawberry Speculoos Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
1 package of speculoos cookies
1 punnet of strawberries
400 ml heavy cream
2 g agar-agar
40 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Crumble the speculoos cookies and distribute them at the bottom of the serving glasses.
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
Arrange a few strawberry slices against the sides of the glasses.
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and agar-agar.
Mix well, then bring to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let the cream cool slightly.
Pour the mixture into the glasses over the speculoos base.
Add a few pieces of strawberry to the center, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until the panna cotta is set. Decorate with speculoos crumbs, a whole strawberry and a biscuit before serving.
