Fresh and satisfying shrimp, mango, and avocado salad
Ingredients:
150g cooked shrimp
1 mango
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp plain yogurt
10 cherry tomatoes
Chopped fresh herbs
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Peel the shrimp if necessary.
Peel the mango and dice it.
Wash and slice the cucumber.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the avocado.
Finely chop the red onion.
In a large salad bowl, combine the shrimp, mango, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
Add the plain yogurt, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Gently toss to coat all the ingredients.
Serve chilled.
