Homemade Cakes
Ingredients
Yogurt Cake
1 pot of plain yogurt
2 pots of sugar
3 pots of flour
3 eggs
1/2 pot of oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
Chocolate Fondant
200g dark chocolate
120g butter
100g sugar
3 eggs
60g flour
1 pinch of salt
Coconut Cake
180g flour
100g desiccated coconut
120g sugar
3 eggs
120ml coconut milk
80ml oil
1 sachet baking powder
Red Berry Cake
250g flour
120g sugar
3 eggs
100ml milk
80ml oil
180g red berries
1 sachet baking powder
Apple Cake
3 grated apples
250g flour
100g sugar
3 eggs
100ml oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 packet baking powder
Lemon Almond Cake
220g flour
80g ground almonds
150g sugar
3 eggs
120ml milk
80ml oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Marble Cake
250g flour
120g sugar
3 eggs
100ml milk
80ml oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Hazelnut Caramel Cake
220g flour
120g sugar
3 eggs
100ml milk
80ml oil
80g hazelnuts
3 tbsp caramel
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the milk, oil, or yogurt, depending on your recipe, and mix well. Gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder.
Add the specific ingredients for each cake: chocolate, coconut, berries, apples, lemon, almonds, cocoa, hazelnuts, or caramel.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the pan.
Check for doneness with a knife; it should come out clean.
Let cool slightly before unmolding.
Serve plain, with a light glaze, or with a decoration that complements the chosen cake.
