SAINT-HONORÉ
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
12 small cream puffs
300ml whipped cream
150g sugar
3 eggs
80g butter
Instructions:
Bake the puff pastry until golden brown.
Prepare the cream puffs, then bake them until puffed and golden.
Fill the cream puffs with a light cream.
Melt the sugar to make a golden caramel.
Dip the tops of the cream puffs in the caramel.
Arrange the cream puffs around the base of the puff pastry.
Fill the center with whipped cream.
Refrigerate before serving.
