Whole milk: 180 g
Baking powder: 10 g

- White buttercream frosting (smooth base): ≈350 g
- Dark chocolate drip (edges): ≈120 g
- Chocolate buttercream swirls (top border): ≈100 g
- Fresh strawberries (halved, top + sides): ≈150 g
- Silver scalloped cake board presentation: ≈50 g
Preparation Steps
1. Bake Sponge
* Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
* Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
* Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; fold alternately with milk.
* Bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
2. Prepare Frosting & Decorations
* Whip buttercream for smooth covering.
* Melt chocolate for drip effect.

* Slice strawberries for decoration.
3. Assembly & Decoration
* Frost cake smoothly in white.
* Add chocolate drip along edges.
* Pipe swirls along top border.
