🥧 Quick Tuna & Tomato Quiche

🛒 Ingredients

🐟 200g canned tuna (drained)

🍅 3-4 tomatoes

🥚 3 eggs

🥛 200ml crème fraîche

🧀 100g grated cheese

🌭 1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon of mustard

🧂 Salt & pepper

🌿 Herbes de Provence or basil

👨‍🍳 Preparation

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).


2️⃣ Drain and flake the tuna.


3️⃣ Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.


👉 Tip: Squeeze out some of their moisture to avoid a soggy quiche.


4️⃣ In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche.


5️⃣ Add the mustard, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.


6️⃣ Grease a baking dish and spread the tuna evenly over the bottom.


7️⃣ Pour the creamy mixture over the tuna.


8️⃣ Arrange the tomato slices on top.


9️⃣ Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.


😋 Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
