1️⃣ Country Salad
Ingredients
1 head of lettuce
400g cooked potatoes
200g diced ham
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tomatoes
100g cubed Emmental cheese
Vinaigrette
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into chunks.
Wash and shred the lettuce.
Chop the tomatoes, ham, and Emmental cheese.
Arrange all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Add the quartered hard-boiled eggs.
Dress with the vinaigrette and serve chilled.
2️⃣ Greek Salad
Ingredients
4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green bell pepper
150g feta cheese
100g black olives
1 red onion
Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into pieces.
Slice the red onion.
Add the olives and cubed feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
Sprinkle with oregano before serving.
3️⃣ Caesar Salad
Ingredients
1 romaine lettuce
2 grilled chicken fillets
80g Parmesan cheese
100g croutons
Simplified Caesar Dressing
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 crushed garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the romaine lettuce into pieces.
Slice the grilled chicken.
Mix the dressing ingredients.
Divide the salad among the plates.
Add the chicken, croutons, and Parmesan shavings.
Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
4️⃣ Duck Breast Salad
Ingredients
150g mixed greens
1 sliced smoked duck breast
2 pears
60g walnuts
2 tomatoes
Vinaigrette
2 tbsp walnut oil
1 tbsp 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Arrange the mixed greens in a large bowl.
Add the thinly sliced pears.
Distribute the tomatoes and walnuts.
Arrange the duck breast slices on top.
Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
5️⃣ Salmon Salad
Ingredients
1 head of lettuce
200g smoked salmon
1 avocado
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
Dressing
2 tablespoons crème fraîche
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Slice the avocado.
Arrange the salad on plates.
Add the smoked salmon and vegetables.
Toss together the dressing ingredients.
Serve chilled.
