🦞🦪✨ Grilled Lobster & Seared Scallops with Garlic Herb Butter ✨

🛒Ingredients:

For the lobster & scallops:

2 lobsters (about 600–800 g each) 🦞

12 sea scallops 🦪

2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

Salt & black pepper 🧂

For the garlic herb butter:

100 g butter 🧈

2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

1 tsp paprika 🌶️

Salt & black pepper 🧂

👩‍🍳Instructions:

Melt butter over low heat 🧈

Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper 🧄🌿🍋

Stir well and set aside ✨

Cut lobsters in half lengthwise 🦞

Brush lobster meat with olive oil and season lightly 🫒🧂

Place lobster halves flesh-side down on a hot grill or grill pan 🔥

Cook 4–5 min, then turn over 🦞

Brush generously with garlic herb butter 🧈

Continue cooking 2–3 min until tender ✨

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet 🫒

Sear scallops 1–2 min per side until golden 🦪🔥

Keep the center tender and juicy 😋

Arrange grilled lobster and scallops on serving plates 🍽️

Drizzle generously with the remaining garlic herb butter 🧈🌿

Serve immediately while hot ✨
