Hazelnut and Chocolate Kisses
For 20 stuffed cookies
Ingredients
For the shells:
150 g of hazelnut powder
150 g of flour
100g of powdered sugar
150 g of soft butter
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for coating
For the ganache:
100g of dark chocolate
50 ml whole liquid cream
Steps of preparation
Mix hazelnut powder, flour, sugar and salt in a salad bowl.
Add the softly sliced butter. Work the dough from your fingertips until you achieve a homogeneous ball.
Roll the dough and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Covering a plate of paper towels.
Shapes into small balls of dough about 8 grams. Wrap them in powdered sugar.
Drop them on the plate by spacing them out Bake 12 to 15 minutes. cookies must be kept clear. Let it cool down completely.
Getting the ganache ready. Make the cream hot. Pour it over the chocolate chunks. Blend until it gets a smooth cream. Let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken up.
Glue the cookies in half with a ganache spoon in the middle. Press lightly .
Let it cool for 30 minutes before tasting.
